Please read before ordering any reading services. Appointment Policy For Services Provided By Healing Mantra Life is uncertain and constantly changing. Sometimes even the best laid plans need to be changed. Just like any other professional who provides you services, it is important that you keep your appointments. I respect your time you requested, and, it is with respect that I provide my refund and cancellation policy, so that you have full knowledge of my professional services.

With this understanding in mind:

For any reason (illness or personal), if I am not available or able to do your reading, you will be able to reschedule the appointment through the scheduling system online. If you are unable to keep our scheduled appointment, for any reason, please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule within a 24 hour period before your reading appointment time. I will be happy to reschedule our appointment to a time that is more convenient, whenever you feel it is necessary, no matter what the circumstance is, with at least a 24 hour notification that you need to provide for rescheduling. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients miss the opportunity to receive services.

Appointment Policy For Phone Services

(Readings Consultations) You must read your “Confirmation” e-mail and check that the telephone number you provided me is correct.
  • I will call you for our scheduled phone appointments.
  • I will call at your appointment time, and if this service is available. If text services are available, I will then text you immediately.
  • I will wait 15 minutes for you to return my call.
  •  If text services are available, I will then text you as a secondary point of reminder of your pending missed appointment. My third attempt to contact you is through an e-mail reminder.
  • If I have not heard back from you within the 15 minutes, I will consider the scheduled phone appointment a missed appointment. Your appointment time is then considered “missed”. I will then send an email and process your partial refund at that point.
There are no full refunds for missed appointments. There are no exceptions.

Appointment Policy For In-Person Services

(Readings Consultations)
  • You must read the “Confirmation” e-mail that I sent you. Directions are contained within the email.
  • It is important that you allow enough traveling time to arrive at your appointment time
  • I will wait 15 minutes for your arrival.
  • If during that time I have not heard from you, I will consider the scheduled appointment a missed appointment.
  • There are no refunds for missed appointments. There are no exceptions.
  • If you do show up late without notification, regardless of your arrival time you will be charged and responsible for the full session fee. There are no exceptions.
